Dr. David Kalis, LCSW, Ph.D.

Dr. Kalis holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology as well as a Master’s degree in social work. He has worked with the Department of Homeland Security, the Navy, and private companies to provide soft skills and workplace culture trainings.  Dr. Kalis has presented to numerous organizations regarding behavioral health, workplace culture, staff development, and leadership coaching. He has served as a behavioral health consultant for Departments of Human Services (Child Welfare Services and Adult Protective Services), court systems, and private organizations. Dr. Kalis is certified in Organizational and Workplace Culture through Human Synergistics. He has implemented workplace culture interventions for organizations with great success.

In addition to the above, Dr. Kalis has been providing Psychological and Behavioral services for many years and has contracts with various referral sources throughout the State of Colorado. He is known for his highly creative and thorough evaluations, often for individuals who have not found previous success.
