Karen is a Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience that includes training and development, leadership coaching, and employee engagement. She is passionate about maximizing a company’s talent and resources through strategic professional growth opportunities and experiences for employees. 

Karen has held leadership roles in non-profit and public sector industries. She holds a Master of Science degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified.
